Should you prefer using the enclosed registration form, we kindly ask you to complete it accordingly and return by fax to + 90 312 454 00 01.
Please note that all communications with regard of symposium registrations (on line form as well as printed form), cancellations and alterations
must be forwarded in writing to ssiem2010@flaptour.com.tr.
Early registration at a reduced fee will only be granted if payment is credited to the Conference Account at latest by Monday, 5 July 2010.

Cancellation Rules
Registered symposium participants who can not attend the conference will be refunded as follows:
Receipt of cancellation until May 31, 2010: Refund of 70% of the registration fee
Receipt of cancellation until July 5, 2010: Refund of 50% of the registration fee
Receipt of cancellation after July 5, 2010: No refund will be granted
Cancellations and changes of the registration have to be made in writing to Flap Congress & Meeting Services Inc.
The reimbursements will only be made immediately after the symposium. Any bank charges
involved will be charged to the participant.
It is not possible to name another person as
replacement.
