Hotel reservations may be made using the form available online at the SSIEM 2010 website or the enclosed registration form.

Please note that the deadline for hotel reservations within the room block for the Symposium Delegates is August 20, 2010.

After this date we will do our best to accommodate hotel reservation requests; however we cannot guarantee to obtain confirmation at the preferred hotel or at rates indicated before July 5, 2010.

Student Accommodation

The organising committee has reserved a limited number of rooms at a special rate. Student and residents-in training who wish to benefit from this facility are asked to make their reservation as early as possible. Bookings will be confirmed on a first-come –first-serve basis.
All rooms have two(2)beds, but a room can be booked for double use.

Student Accommodation: 60 €

Please note that rate is quoted per person, per night. VAT (8%) is not included.

Cancellation Policies For Hotel Accommodation

Please note that all bank charges involved in bank transfer actions is to be covered by the delegate.

Receipt of cancellation until May 31, 2010: Refund of 70% of the registration fee
Receipt of cancellation until July 5, 2010: Refund of 50% of the registration fee
Receipt of cancellation after July 5, 2010: No refund will be granted

Cancellations and changes of the registration have to be made in writing to Flap Congress& Meeting Services Inc.
The reimbursements will only be made immediately after the symposium. Any bank charges involved will be charged to the participant.
It is not possible to name another person as replacement.
